NL east: Best starting pitching in all of baseball?

With the trade for Roy Oswalt, the NL east's pitching got much stronger. So i'm wondering if the NL east has the best starting pitching.

Rotation (in no specific order)

Halladay

Johnson

Santana

Oswalt

Strasburg

And the infamous Dickey!

Thoughts?

Take out Santana. Insert Dickey.

I just realized what I did.

The Dickey is strong and can go long all night or day.

If we are just making a 5 man rotation, the AL East would be

Sabathia

Lester

Price

Marcum

Matusz

Not as good as the NL East.

Though the NL West looked beastly until they traded Haren

Lincecum

Jimenez

Haren

Kershaw

Latos

Well, he did go pretty deep today and his balls were dancing all over the place.
