Extend Infante to 3 years 15 million

Extend Prado to 4 years 35 million

Trade Lowe for garbage and eat 5 million a year

Let Lee, Gonzalez, Ankiel walk

Release Melky

Trade Zeke Spurrill and Mike Dunn for Raja Davis from the A's

Sign Kubel to play LF

Davis gives us a stolen base guy and Kubel gives us power. Call up Freeman to play 1B.

Personally, find a way to budget an extension for Albert that allows space for the team to continue to compete.

Extend Lopez another year, maybe 2.

Find a way to get a new middle infielder to platoon with Ryan and Schu and that could conceivably make one of them available (I would have moved Ludwick for this and a pitcher).

And honestly, not a lot else, find a starter I could have gotten.

If I had had the team at the beginning of the season, I would have traded for Edmonds, or signed him at the beginning of the season.

And I would have traded Ludwick for more, or simply not moved him....Westbrook was fine, but there should have been another valuable player coming with him...honestly, I would have tried my hardest to get Haren and trade Ludwick then....or keep Ludwick until the off-season.

What are reasonable contracts for Jeter and Mo? I'd say Jeter is 3 years 40 million, Mo is 3 years 45 million. How much would it take to get Lee?
