His numbers this year are a little above average for a short stop. He has only 9 homers (only 2 away from Yankee Stadium), 51 rbis, and a .278 average. His numbers across the line are his worst since 1995-96. Not to mention he is 36 years old. How much is Jeter worth? His game is obviously behind him but how much will the Yankees be willing to pay? I honestly couldn't see him in anotheir teams jersey...
I'll say he gets a 4 year 45 million deal but he is only worth 2 years 15 million at this point in his career.
