Has Moats played at all?
Is anyone else in camp with a chance to stick?

not sure he carried the ball. Seems like there were 4 other backs who got some time. He went in very late and had some good blocks. The stat sheet shows one reception for 2 yards and no rushes. I thought he had a couple but by that time, I was nodding off.

Unless there is an injury or two Moats will not make the team. Hopefully he can catch on somewhere soon after and stick.

My bet is he ends up back here in Houston. He got caught in a numbers game ($2 million plus tender) and they had other options. With injuries to rookie Ben Tate and mediocre play by the rest of the pack, he may be able to snag the third string spot. We'll see....

Somebody would be dumb not to pick him up... when given a chance last year against the bills these were his stats... 23 rushes for 126 yards and three touchdowns, adding two receptions for 25 yards to boot. He set a Texans franchise record for touchdowns in a game, was stuffed only one time all day and was a goal-line beast, taking three of the team's four carries within 5 yards of the Bills' end zone

I don't know about special teams, but Dennis didn't get any time in at fullback for the Redskins. Their starter, Mike Sellers, was injured early in the game against the Ravens this past weekend. That might get Dennis some playing time this week.
I now know why the Redskins fans were so excited when Dennis was drafted and was projected as fullback. Sellers looked terrible. The backup, who is a converted linebacker, wasn't much better. I'm interested to see what Dennis can do when given an opportunity.

It looks as though Dennis still has alot to learn with regards to playing fullback. I'd imagine he'll get some snaps in the next preseason game, but it'll be a while before they entrust him with that position.
