After the whole Heat mayhem. Vegas quickly gave the odds to the heat winning the championship. This was before the defending champs quietly got better by resiging Fisher and brining in Blake, Barnes and Ratliff and had two of the best rookies in summer league in Ebanks and Chracter and Hopefully resigning Brown. Vegas had better rethink those odds if they still give it to the unproven heat. We all should bet on Lakers if the lakers odds are not that good. we will make some money.

This is expected by having arguably the best trio in NBA history. The Lakers aren't far behind but on paper the Heat are better.

Even if the Lakers are the number 2 favorites according to Vegas to win the NBA championship, you are still gonna get crap odds and will have to bet a very substantial amount of money on the Lakers to win a whole lot less than you bet.
I'm just saying if you've ever been to the sportsbook you would realize that.

Well, I think maybe and a mean "Maybe" on papaer the Heat might be better on paper but they done match up well against the lakers should they face off. Lakers have a serious advantage in the post with Pau and Bynum and Odom. Some people are not thinking about how important that is. We should dominate the boards should we face the heat
