As this is a fantasy related question, I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong forum. What's going on with Vincent Jackson? I understand he's suspended for 3 (?) games at the beginning of the regular season, but is there a contract dispute as well? How do any of you in the know see this working out as the season progresses?

Vincent's still unsigned, but the Chargers have said they absolutely intend on bringing him back to San Diego. You want him in your fantasy league, believe me.

Don't use an early pick on him... he has the intention to sit out the season if he doesn't get a contract, and he is suspended those first couple games
Look for Malcom Floyd in the later rounds

Yeah wait on him and if he's there in a round later than 6 nab him. AJ won't let him sit out though, he'll play hardball with him but not that far.

I wouldn't be surprised if he only plays the last 6 games (he has to to get service time) and then never plays for the Chargers again. It's pretty ugly between him and the FO, and AJ thinks the Chargers can move on without him

I wouldn't say that. AJ Smith and just about every player it looks ugly between, because AJ's and egotistical *******. He plays hardball, but it works. We definitely can move on without V Jax but AJ knows we need him if were going to make a legitimate run this season. He'll trade him before he lets him sit out.

I agree it sounds like Jackson and Mcneil will definitley sit out most of the season.

McNeil met with AJ today, we'll know by tomorrow if he sits out or not. I highly doubt that happens though.
