When the 49ers carried Rice off the field his last game in a 9er uniform and then to go on and have good years in Oakland. I will never get over that

Super Bowl XLII. That's pretty obvious. Before that, it was the 2006 AFC Championship in Indy.

Painful? The Bo Jackson injury.
One minute you're hearing it's just a mild bruise; then a strain; then a hip pointer. But in all of those scenarios we thought Bo would heal and be back the following week, if not later in the game.
But no, instead they find out that it was career ending. I damn near slit a vein for Bo that day. Just a major, major tragedy for one of my favorite players at the time.
