How to put option file into my PES 2010 game on PS 2

Please explain just like to a kid cos I'm new in this altough I'm very old in playing the game itself... I Have the normal english version not the Multi one... And can someone please tell me which option file I should download to have the most updated information... Clubs, Logos, Transfers, Players, Faces ast..... Thanks in advance

You need Max-Drive-CD and Max-Drive-USB. (You can buy it on Ebay.com or amazon.com)

Then download this most updated Option File: CLICK: www.filefront.com/16...10--EUR-VERSION.rar/

Take the .max-file and send it to your Max-Drive-USB.

I need Max drive cd AND max drive usb or one of those two.. Cos in the video I saw a regular usb stick
