No. There's no point as any transfer updates they release now will be in 2011.

As hywellkid as said, it's 99% certain Konami won't make further DLC for PES2010, there's not much point really as they'll be working on DLC for PES2011 right now. And as soon as PES2011 is released, they'll have to create a patch too (things always go wrong in the first few weeks of release).
