How to edit secondary positions rank?

Hi,

Each player can have several positions but only one primary position.

When you put player on one of his secondary positions his total rank drop somtimes in 2-3 points and sometimes in 10+ points.

How can I edit and control the amount of drop rank for each position?

(even approximate drop)
