Luckily MLB 2k7 has a new man in charge. I feel you about the points you made. I've played pretty much every game since rbi on the NES. My 2 favorites were "Bottom of the 9th" for PS1 and NCAA MVP 06. I was loving 'the show' for a while too except for two flaws that killed the game for me.
1. Waaaay too many singles back up the box. Team AVG. was unrealistic because of this. In some games the pitcher fields everything, this game he fields nothing.
2. HR cutscenes. Cant stand them.
The new man in charge at mlb 2k is fixing a lot of the issues with the 2k game. And Im pretty jacked about next years game. Especially now that my squads got the MVP and the Cy Young winner!
