Anncouncers cut off and game freezes

Yes . This game has worked and I'm halfway through a season and now

before a game during any mode with any kind of roster or franchise loaded

it stops in the middle of the pregame screen. I am so mad about this.

Please help 2K!

Im sorry, but you cant go running to 2k for help, they dont even acknowledge these problems in the first place.
